The ChromeCater BT-16 is a 16-tier bread trolley for bakeries, cafés, hotels and caterers that bake on standard 600mm x 400mm trays. It holds up to 16 trays and rolls on castor wheels, two of which lock.
Holds 16 standard trays
It holds up to 16 baking trays of 600mm x 400mm, with 85mm between tiers. Trays are not included. It is compatible with ChromeCater aluminium baking trays, including the ChromeCater ABT-30 (30mm deep) and ABT-50 (50mm deep). The ABT-50 fits on all 16 tiers at once.
Castor wheels with two locks
This bakery trolley moves on castor wheels. Two of the wheels lock, so the trolley stays in place while you load or unload trays.
Stainless steel, flat packed
It is made of 201 stainless steel (0.8mm) and square tube. It comes flat packed, with packaging of 1640mm x 670mm x 110mm, and weighs 18kg net (20kg gross).

Assembled, the BT-16 bread trolley is 470mm wide, 630mm deep and 1720mm high.
