NB: Mushroom Kernels does require hot oil and pops at a much higher temperature.
NB: Kernels are packed according to a 80% / 20% ratio standard. This means that in a bag of mushroom kernels, there may be up to 20% butterfly kernels present. This occurs because the kernels are planted in the same fields. The butterfly kernels are planted first, followed by the mushroom kernels, which results in some mixing during harvesting and processing. This ratio falls within Supplier accepted production standards.
